Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meet prospective doctors who can refer patients to our hospitals in the assigned territory.
  • Focus on increasing the Walk-ins and Patient Footfalls in the hospital through doctor referrals.
  • Monitor the patient flow and keep track.
  • Responsible for managing the Doctor Referral Team for Chennai Region.
  • Responsible for achieving the targets on a monthly basis.
Required Skills and experience

  • Excellent Communication and relationship building skills
  • Self Driven Personality
  • Good Knowledge in MS-Excel and PPTs
